Formed by university friends in 1995, Curtain progressively made themselves a name on the french scene with their cold-wave influenced by the Cure and the Chameleons. After two quite confidential tapes, their first self-released album No Flowers By Request ( 2000 ) was acclaimed by the press and sold quite well.

Sadly their next EP Second Floor Paradise (2001) albeit a very dark and accomplished effort, didn't match that success and the band seemed to disappeared.

With a new drummer, they came back with a new album urban disease ( 2006 ) where they finally have digested their influences to create their own sound.
