Greg McDonald grew up in East Anglia, where, with school friend Nick Morley, he formed cult outsider indie band and John Peel favourites The Dawn Parade, before going solo in 2007.

His debut solo album, Stranger At the Door, is out 26/10/2008 through Sugartown Records.
