Model/Actress are comprised of former members of Brainiac, Bullet Lavolta, Juliana Three and Chamberlain.

The trio worked with both David Yow (The Jesus Lizard) and John Schmersal (Enon) on their debut EP, Model/Actress. Said five-tracker was released through Thick in the summer of 2006.
