Forming in 2001, The Boggs are one of a number of bands lumped into the NYC scene spawned when The Strokes and Yeah Yeah Yeahs blitzed their way into the mainstream. Comparisons to Talk Talk and even Adam and the Ants are now common, with the band's third album Forts gaining a domestic (UK) release via One Little Indian.

With a consistently flutuating line-up, only core Bogg Jason Friedman as a full-time member.
