Starting out as an acoustic duo playing gigs around South London including supporting Art Brut and Clor at An Angular Disco it was soon decided that being a duo was dull and it was time to form a band.
Sometime later The Low Edges lurched out of the gloom of Cable Street Studios and began playing all over London supporting people who they were friends with like Luxembourg and The Vichy Government and some that were good and weren't friends like Good Shoes and Wrong Animal.
The Low Edges have now recorded some stuff with Simon Trought (Tompaulin, Darren Hayman, Jim Reid and Television Personalities) at Soup Studios.
