Tim Keegan is an English songwriter, singer and rhythm guitar player. He was the singer and principal songwriter of critically acclaimed band Departure Lounge.

After then end of his band in 2002, Tim Keegan settled and Paris and worked with many french artists like Kid Loco, Tahiti 80 or Emilie Simon. During this time he also toured with Josh Rouse around Europe.

In 2003, he started working on his first solo album in Nashville, and after many recording and mixing sessions in Nashville, Paris and London, Foreign Domestic will finally be out in June 2007 on Label Of Love.
