I'm surprised there isn't a thread about her already, she's a Missouri-born Nashville-based singer songwriter who has been called 'The female Matthew E White' (mostly because she's signed to his Spacebomb label). Anyway, she releases her album on Monday and it is excellent. Some bits are like MEW, some a little Joanna Newsom-esque, some Julia Holter and a bit Snow White on the closing track.
