Anybody use a Sansa Disk MP3 Player?

I've got one, and it's brilliant. It has an 8GB capacity, but I've boosted this to 40GB with a 32GB micro SD.

The only problem is, there appears to be a limit to the number of songs the software can index. I've filled around 30GB of my available memory, but I am simply unable to add any more songs.

Has anyone got any idea what's going on here?
