Cleaning records

yuggy [Edit] [Delete] 10:06, 22 April '15

somebody tell me a no bullshit, easy, cheap way of cleaning vinyl.

I've been doing it for years incredibly effectively using a dab of fairy liquid, the soft side of a dish sponge and then I rinse it all thoroughly with lukewarm water and let it dry in a ventilated area vertically. Had no issues and made old shit LPs sound like new...

the anoraks online, or at least some of them say you should only use distilled water and some say dish wash is fine, some don't.... so many conflicting opinions (eugh opinions)...

anybody got a safe solution they use or is what i'm doing fine... though i probably should use distilled water and not tap right?

NERD SHIT FUCK IT
