FULL TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE/ADMINISTRATOR IN BUSY RECORD SHOP.
The Rock Box is looking for a full time employee for their busy store, and mail order business, in Camberley Town Centre.
The job will involve working in a team involved in the processing of orders, managing customer enquiries and despatch of CDs and LPs to customers in the UK
and around the world. The successful applicant will be involved in all of the following activities :
Answering customer enquiries, by phone and email
Pulling orders and fulfilling orders through to despatch
Packing
We are looking for a confident and competent individual who is able to work quickly on their own, and as a member of a team. The main focus of this job is
the handling of customer enquiries, so customer service experience is essential. Experience in the music business is desirable, but not essential.
