Hi,

Just a quick message as we are trying to raise money via Kickstarter to help to pay all the bands and hopefully enable us to put the festival on again in future as well. We haven't had any donations yet and there's only two weeks left of our campaign :(. The way kickstarter works is that for each donation you get something in return (i.e. a ticket to the festival, other things like Manchester Popfest totes/ posters and compilation cds) and you can donate anything from £2 to £30. We really hope to be able to put the festival on in future and already have the possibility of an amazing band playing next year (we can't announce it yet but they have put stuff out on K records in the past) so any support would be greatly appreciated.

Our main ethos with the festival is to keep everything DIY, to be able to pay all the bands and involve local artists/ musicians etc as much as possible.
