17th of October is Cassette Store Day, does anyone care?

Aside from the argument "cassette store's never existed like record stores', it's a way more affordable platform for bands who are at least trying to do something sexier than a download, and going through the list of releases in the UK www.cassettestoreday.co.uk/releases I've found some cool stuff aside from the high profile releases, the Heroics singer's voice is pretty interesting and Big Zero's videos are fucking insane https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FUwiFVxJG6Y https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wlNXNLhWZ40 and I'd never heard of either before seeing that list, although I'm looking to get hold of the Girl Band release too!

But is anyone actually gonna go out and buy a cassette on the 17th?
