Public Enemy had no right making a so song damn good in 1999. Their better days were well behind them, but this doom laden, classy wordplay jam hit the spot at a time of real millennium tension. The accompanying tour was the best I've ever seen them too and I did see them at their arguable peak on the It Takes A Nation...... tour too.

Bands / Artists that come back, unexpectedly with something really relevant.
