Weirdest/most experimental album you own & enjoy

Yesiamaduck [Edit] [Delete] 22:26, 6 April '16

I've recently become completely infatuated by The Residents - Eskimo which is a concept album about a fictional Eskimo tribe which is made of nothing but chants, sound effects and tribal beats/music against the constant whine of arctic winds. At first, even as a fan of the band, I hated this record as it didn't make a lick of sense until I read the story in the linear notes and now I think its one of the greatest concept records ever recorded. It's just so different and with the notes allows you to paint a vivid picture in your mind in a way that no other album has done for me.

It's so unlike anything else I listen to that I find myself going back to it often, especially now I don't need the liner notes to enjoy it anymore.

How about you DiS hive?
