How is this an acceptable thing? Just bringing scalping in-house

It's a relatively new thing here (Australia), noticed it when on holidays in the US last year thought this is pretty on the nose, now it is just a given here as well

For example, there was a presale for the Cure tour this morning. GA Standing tickets are $150 or so via a different ticketing agency. They are already on Ticketmaster resale for $300!! Does my head in!
