No, this isn't about the football. The East Midlands city which seemed to be forever skipped by touring bands is playing host to two cracking gigs on consecutive nights in June. Titus Andronicus at The Cookie on June 7th and The Appleseed Cast at The Firebug on June 8th. Hopefully this is a watershed moment which means I'll never have to drive back from Nottingham or Birmingham in the small hours. Will any Dissers (apart from me) be attending either or both?
