The trials and tribulations of Timberlake...
disnews by DiS News August 25th, 2005
Justin Timberlake is not crap, oh no. Nor does he take kindly to having his ass dragged through the tabloids for no damn reason...

The word? Don't fuck with Justin. The News Of The World did so, running a kiss-'n'-tell story back in July last year by some lady or other (That'll be "aspiring actress and model" Lucy Clarkson, red-top rag reading Ed) who claimed that Timberlake had done all kinds of the dirty with her behind girlfriend Cameron Diaz's ultra-slim back.

Alas, t'was all lies, and the paper has now admitted as much in the High Court. The paper's lawyer said: "The newspaper now accepts that all the allegations complained of are entirely untrue and without any substance".

Clarkson will now have to shell out substantial dollar, equal to the money she received for the original story. Timberlake has said that he will donate the damages to charity. What a nice man.

And what's more, now you can look like said nice man as he's planning on launching a clothing label. His new label, William Rast, is to be run in conjunction with friend Trace Ayala. Justin said of the name:

"We just kind of picked the two people who are most influential in our lives, and that's our grandfathers. William is my grandfather's first name and Rast is Trace's grandfather's last name."

You'll have to cry y'self a river, though, unless you can hot foot it to Bloomingdales in NYC, where the clothes will initially be sold exclusively.
