Nirvana bassist joins Flipper on UK tourdates
Mike_Diver by Mike Diver November 24th, 2006

Former Nirvana bass player Krist Novoselic (pictured, centre) - he was in Sweet 75 post-Nirvana, but let's not kid ourselves that they're worth remembering - is to tour with reformed San Francisco-based punks Flipper in December.

Flipper - Nirvana singer Kurt Cobain was a famous fan - formed back in 1979; they originally split in 1988 when bassist Will Shatter died, but have been together, on and off, in different line-ups since 1990.

December
11 London Scala
13 Manchester Academy 3
14 Glasgow Garage
15 Belfast Lavery's
16 Dublin The Village
17 Galway Roisin Dubh

The quartet also play ATP's Nightmare Before Christmas on the second weekend of December - link.
