Jonny Quinn - drummer with popular indie-poppers Snow Patrol (that's them in that picture, there) - has broken his arm while snowboarding in the Alps.
NME.com - despite what you may believe, other music websites really are available! - reports that Quinn is to be replaced by a guy called Graham (Hopkins, since you asked) for the band's upcoming shows.
Hopkins, right, he only used to drum in Therapy?, that's all. I once heard Robbie Williams talking about Therapy? on TV. Weird.
Quinn's injury is the latest in a succession of gig-related mishaps for Snow Patrol: they had to cancel a series of European dates in 2006 when bassist Paul Wilson knackered himself, and a number of US dates were cancelled when singer Gary Lightbody lost the power to sing. Pretty essential skill, that.
