Missy as Missy: rapper to play herself in forthcoming bio-pic

This might just take the biscuit, cracker, slice o'cheddar and glass of port for the shortest news piece in DiS's history... hence this needless into about snacks. Well, it's not that needless: it has reminded me to step out to lunch. Anyone know if Virgin still has a load of those £1.99 albums? I'm sure I saw a Fridge album before but FOOLISHLY didn't buy it... anyway...

Missy Elliot is to play herself in a film about, um, herself. Y'know, about her life and stuff. And those big suits. And her weird tongue. And how her milkshake brings all the bo... oh no, sorry, getting confused again.

The film's still in development - no title yet, although Missy: The Movie is pretty much The Aceness - and is being produced by Tribeca Films, the company owned by Mr Robert ya-fuckin-fuck De Niro.

Yeah, Fridge. They had that 'My Angel Rocks Back And Forth' single-slash-DVD in there before, too, but I've already got that innit...
