The woman on the phone said my tickets would be delivered to my home, whereas I was previously led to believe you had to collect them when you board the coach

I'm thinking they won't let you in the car park if you have coach tickets, but I might ring up and make some blag that due to prior commitments we're going to have to come down on the Friday, when all the coaches have left. Would that work?

What's it like getting the coach? Sticky and horrible and loooooooooooong?
