Latitude Loners - a DiS campsite

danger [Edit] [Delete] 17:18, 3 July '08

Goodness gosh, it's only a fortnight until the fun. And I'm heading there all on my Jack Jones - but I know I'm not alone in being alone. I remember seeing quite a few threads saying so.

So, I'm organising a pre-tent-pitching meet-up, as early as possible on the Thursday afternoon. At this point I need interested lone wolves to pipe up - how're you getting to the festival? I'm going to get the train into Ipswich, before catching the earliest possible coach to the festival site, at around 1pm. If that's the most common method (and I hope it is), then a rendezvous at Ipswich station would be marvellous.

That's Plan A. If it turns out that everyone's getting there by a million different ways, then hopefully someone who's been to the festival before can suggest a good meeting place for us.

Whew! This might be a bit tricky to pull off, but I'll cross my fingers. I already have one chap on board - even before I posted the topic! So who else is in? We'll camp, argue terribly about what music to put on, go and see bands, and then go to the full-scale DiS Meat-Up on the Friday night. Cool?

Cool.
