a prayer to god aside, shellac have always been a band that i've liked without really listening to very much.

today i was working in a warehouse, so i could listen to my mp3 player for a long time, and i listened to all the unsorted shellac tracks, with live bootlegs and radio sessions, and im pretty convinced that they are basically the best band ever. i fucking love them in so many ways.

theyve got such a defined sound, but it never ever gets boring. fucking genius.

anyway, i think 1000 hurts has the most great tracks on it. what do YOU think?
