Hello everyone,

I got a glasto ticket today but my girlfriend's confirmation code was rejected even though she has the 'this is your confirmation etc..' page saved from when she registered.

In short, this is a royal messup and we've complained and stuff but to no avail so far.

If anyone can help in any way (not quite sure how but...) then please please do!
