one of the most cringe inducing devices used in music?

im listening to atlantis to interzone - third eye mafia re-fit which is a brilliant klaxons remix, but "DJ!" is shouted out just before it kicks in and it just makes me grimace. it sounds so tacky and 'pass the branston'
