As part of my job i'm going to be teaching the homeless and convicted criminals how to make music on computer.

I use Cubase myself, but does anyone know a very easy music making program for PC? I've heard that Reason/Soundforge/Fruity Loops are easy to use, but are they any good?

I need something pretty basic that will be appropriate for the short attention span of a client group who like to shove drugs up their arms and burgle old ladies handbags.
