But last night I stupidly tried it again. I said this rock 'n rolling platinum blond chick looked like Debbie Harry... "of Blondie" ...and still a blank stare.

Siouxsie, okay fine... but BLONDIE? Do we DiSers live in a totally different world... some sort of parallel universe????

I have now decided - outside of DiS - the only pop culture reference I will use in public will be Lindsey Lohan or Paris Hilton. I still intend on using Crispin Glover for male actor references just to fuck with the people.
