Died 30 years ago.. as of yesterday or something, I dunno. I's never a big fan, but it is The King and 30 years is a nice big round number, so it's not unreasonable to devote a thread... I mean, on the evening news they showed an Israeli Elvis themed gas station, so if in the midst of mideast turmoil we've got people still getting down to Heartbreak Hotel the very least I can do is remember the hip shakin good times on Ed Sullivan Show (and forget about the bloated fat man doing a Vegas Lounge Act), eh.
