A bit old (from a week and a bit ago)

"Forthcoming performances include The Spitz, London on August 28th, and Model Art, Sligo, Ireland on October 13th. Dates in New York, Glasgow and Krakow for November will be confirmed shortly.

The performances will feature material from Max's new record "Songs From Before" as well as his score for "The Art of Mirrors" by Derek Jarman.

Autumn sees the release of "24 Postcards in full Colour" on FatCat, with a re-release of "memoryhouse" to follow in the Spring.

Max is currently completing the score for "Waltz with Bashir" Ari Folman's remarkable animated documentary for cinema about the first Lebanon war, and will shortly commence work on "Penelope" for Director Ben Ferris.

Recent film music projects include "Hope" by Stanislaw Mucha, originally written by Krystof Pesciewicz, for his long term collaborator Krystof Kieslowski. "Stranger than Fiction", featuring Max's music is now available on DVD.

"Still Point" for choir and organ, a collaboration with the artist Susanna Heron, premiered at the Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral on April 26th.

Other recent collaborations include music for "Brilliant Noise" a visionary portrait of the sun made by SemiConductor, using radio astronomy images courtesy of NASA."
