So, at Reading I was watching The Little Ones (top pop) on the little stage when I felt someone trying to push their way through. Then as they ended a song, a bloke shouted "spring break!" and threw a Blood Red Shoes beach ball at the band.

That someone turned out to be mateybloke from Blood Red Shoes - they were both there. Made me laugh, anyhow.

Reading was ace. I had an amazing time. First year I haven't seen a single main stage headliner - went for Ash, Hot Hot Heat and The Hold Steady. I wanted to do Klaxons on the last night but the tent was ramming out and there were a few idiots so thought I'd satisfy my curiosity about The Hold Steady, having heard very little by them. Nice enough. Not normally a massive fan of 'trad' stuff but they really weren't bad...
