Like, for example, I think Teen Spirit is a rather sorta half-arsed crap pop-punk anthem song...and it put me off Nirvana till late in the game. (T'was only till I heard Come As You Are ...so it wasn't forever, but you see what I'm saying.)

Like what if the first song you heard by the Yeah Yeah Yeah's was Golden Lion? You'd automatically think this was a shit band, right?
