quarterly labrador records thread that no-one will reply to

utm_usic [Edit] [Delete] 03:42, 7 December '07

i decided to listen to ronderlin's album 'wave another day goodbye' earlier for the first time in ages. i'd forgotten how great it is, especially the song 'reflected' which sounds like something belle and sebastian would have loved to have written.

sadly, the stuff i've heard off their new album doesn't sound so good, but that's what happens when you leave labrador.

also, johan hedberg off of suburban kids with biblical names' new solo ep came out yesterday! i pre-ordered it so it should get here by the time i get back on monday. the song i've heard from it was amazing and i'm pretty excited!

solitude by tribeca is still the best pop song ever written. listen here! http://www.myspace.com/musicoftribeca
lasse lindh is a genius. a proper one. although he's not on labrador anymore. he released an album on emi about ten years ago, but then they dropped him. lame.

there's no point to this thread really. tell me YOUR favourite labrador band! or if that's too hard, pick your top five?

i'll go first!
1- suburban kids with biblical names
2- [ingenting]
3- tribeca
4- club 8
5- radio dept

COOL!
