bands who ignore their own albums

Jamie_Summers [Edit] [Delete] 16:21, 11 December '07

bad religion have disowned their 1981 crazy prog rock album Into The Unknown. thats right, the US hardcore crew decided to go prog, people didnt like it and thats what caused them to split up in 84, only to reunite and *surprise surprise* return to punk. Brett Gurewitz said that he ssent out ten thousand copies and got eleven thousand back.

The thing is its not that bad, kind of a weird mix of punk, psyche and seventies rock. hipsters now would love it if it was from a new band. but Bad Religion disown it, refuse to ever reissue it or include it in discography listings.

lol to them.

So, any other bands/artists who completely disowned or ignore certain albums?
