Excuse the jag friends but if yr free on Saturday afternoon then I'm playing with the Ecosonic Ensemble at the Union Chapel in Islington on Saturday.

The Ecosonic Ensemble, features two baroque flautists, two cellists, and the electroacoustic Ouija board instrument. The Ouija Board is a new group instrument, developed by the electroacoustic composer, Thomas Gardner. As its name suggests the instrument is modeled on a Ouija board and is played through the hand movements of the performers drawing forth sounds in response to group gestures. The Ouija Board is an interface which reflects the relationships between the performers, it comes from a consideration of the expressive needs of a group of people making music, and these give rise to its form.
