being the inspiration to ask - does the attitude of some musicians put you off their music?

Have you loved someone for years, only to discover that they're an abhorent person?

Did it stop you from listening to them, seeing them live, buying their music?

Do you think that if the industry weren't so controlled by PR's and marketing sorts who know how to groom their clients into being politically correct, that there would be many more musicians with unacceptable attitudes in the public eye, but still making money from us?

And, finally, if you have examples and tales to tell, I'd like to hear them.
