I'm listening to 'Get Yer Ya Yas Out' - a Stones live album from 1969, I guess around the time of Altamont, Satanism, 'Performance' and Marriane Faithful sticking a mars bar up her fanny.

Funny thing is, it's a goddamn brilliant record: loose impro, bar room blues and the kind of spirit that makes you want to stuff your gob with drugs. I like the Beatles too, but they just don't make me want to get naked and ride motorbikes!
