Could I get from one to the other in 10 minutes?

I don't usually go to gigs in Reading, but the lack of a London Los Campesinos! date convinced me, and I thought it would be fine as my last train is at 11.12 and the Fez is no more than 10 minutes away. If I have to miss the end of a set because of this, I will be annoyed...
