I bought 2 tickets for Smashing pumpkins at Nottingham Arena back in November. My card was charged 67.50 pounds as transaction on 21st November as it shows on my statement. I phoned them back today as the tickets have still not arrived and they said they have no record of that purchase on that address or card. WTF?! I now have to get a refund. bunch of useless fucking pricks!
