The thing is the fuss about him getting 6 nominations and not winning was ridiculous at the time anyway because

a) The ungrateful bastard had just got 6 nominations for fuck's sake.

b) All the complaining the media (and possibly him) did about stuffy judges being out of touch with the public ignored the fact that two of the six with public voted.

c) In the other 4 nominations there was someone who could reasonably, in commercial and critical terms, be said to be more deserving. For example Robbie Williams won the best male and I think Fatboy Slim (might have been the Chemical Brothers) won best dance act, both of which are big commercial acts.

d) It's massively disrespectful to the other acts nomination to have this arrogant assumption something's wrong the system 'cos you didn't win.

Anyway, I'm aware most DiSers don't care about the Brit Wards (as don't I, in fact) but Craig David does come across like the most misguidedly bitter ungrateful whining twat ever.
