There have to be loads of really acomplished albums out there that are let down by one track, which maybe prevent the album from being a 10/10 or just simply mean it's not as consistent.

Or maybe it's just an excuse for another list. :)

I'm sure there are many more, I will add them in due course, when my brain starts working.
