What are people serious opinions of this album?

I love the idea of what Lou Reed was trying to do as it is completely different to anything else he's done as a solo artist and is quite a punk rock record due to the fact that it has pissed off alot of critics in the past for having to listen through it all.

I find it interesting to listen maybe 1 track of the 4, but a whole hour of pure feedback is a bit too much in one go.
