It was recorded in just 7 drug fuelled days, contains one of the last ever solos recorded by Bowie's guitarist Mick Ronson and regularly haunts the top 20's of rock magazines greatest ever albums.

It also managed to seamlessly blend rock, punk, metal and pop, which was pretty much unheard of at the time. Add to this some Costello-esque lyrics and soaring 3-part harmonies and you get one seriously badass record!
