alternatives to Last.fm's similar artists?

europeancakeghost [Edit] [Delete] 15:17, 29 March '08

Hopefully one of you people can help me here, I'm trying to find a website that can help me find bands that sound similar to Holy Fuck and Battles (the DANCE track in particular), you know, instrumental stuff propelled by urgent rhythms with lots of sharp electronic sounds, equally complex and clattering and concise... bad description, but it might make sense to you.

Anyway, last.fm, for all of its pluses, seems to have a poor similar artists feature, half the bands mentioned as being similar to Holy Fuck sound little like them! Can you recommend a better website to help find this kind of stuff out? (or point me in the direction of some bands similar to what I'm currently looking for?)

Thanks x
