I actually didn't know this (I thought it was the following week until I saw it listed somewhere and then checked dates on other sites and found they all had it down as 8/9/2008).

Anyway my band's called Paul Hawkins & Thee Awkward Silences, the album's called We Are Not Other People, it's on Jezus Factory Records and, although I'm not sure who's gonna stock it yet, it appears to be available online from most standard high-street chains and I assume it'll be in most good indie shops too.

and we've some sort of album launch event on September 12th at the 12 Bar Club in Denmark Street where we'll be playing and, as a bit of a twist on a standard gig, we'll have some bands playing the songs of other bands but in their own style, if that makes sense.
