I am in need of a new ipod and I've read that all the new pods sold in the EU/UK now have a rather drastic volume limiter and those of us who like our unfettered noise would be advised to import one from America.

So I was thinking of getting one from amazon.com (it looks cheaper actually too). I just wondered if anyone had any advice or done this previously - am I going to fall into any pitfalls?
