i've always thought pop-punk is a weird genre as its really easy music to make but really difficult to do well and more than most genres the cream doesn't seem to rise to the top.
So throw some little-known gems at me please...

Mine: Scared Of Chaka. Garage band from new-mexico who make wonderful use of the hammond organ/power chord one-two and reunited recently. They may actually be bigger than i remember them being but they're still barely known.
