...don't get me wrong, I own most of their albums (I refuse to own Load, Re-load and St. Anger on grounds of utter crapness) but Kirk's solos are terrible and generally go on for ages. Worse than than that they usually consist of the same tired blues-scale runs and I can't honestly distinguish one from the other on 'Death Magnetic'. So who agrees and who are the better guitarists out there? Or in the case of Dimebag Darrell, were out there until some twat shot him?
