I am no longer going to give a shit about music. It causes too much heartache and despair. Never again will I get passionate in arguments about the lost art of the B-side, or Little Feat or Radiohead or any silly band fourth on the bill at Night & Day. I can't be bothered anymore. I am still going to go to gigs, and I will still listen to music as much as ever, but it will not irritate me if someone I meet says that Coldplay are their favourite band, and if I see something good, I'll be like "yeah, that's alright I guess".

I am done with strong opinions.
