What do I need to know? What do I need to do?

I tried it last night on my iPhone on the way home and liked several of the new acts it threw my way. But the site is very much aimed at people that have (understandably) been using it for months already.

So any help or guidance in this new way to waste my waking hours would be greatly appreciated. Ta
