The DiS Weekly Album thing is really good fun, I really enjoy it. I have not been able to get a copy of this week’s album, which makes it the first one I have not been able to get.

But so far it has given plenty of really good new music, most importantly Sleater-Kinney (I think that was the first week) and Portugal. The Man, both of which are really good and are great additions to my musical collection. The most interesting though, without a doubt, was Lightning Bolt.

Any lasting impressions so far?
